Terms and conditions
- Kindly send through 2 - 3 clear reference photos of the couple via email to info @ carlitahearts . com (no spaces) after purchase
- Photos will only be used for reference for custom illustration purposes and will not be shared on social media
- Do allow up to 7 working days to carefully illustrate, paint and package the custom commission
- The 7 working day time period starts as soon as the reference photos have been received and confirmed (not from date of purchase)
- Courier cost will be an charged at an additional R100 fee
- Only available to those with a South African residential address (no international orders unfortunately)
- Due to the custom nature of the illustrated work, the purchaser accepts the style in which the custom portrait is done (limited facial features)
- No drafts and revisions will be done during the creation process, allow me the opportunity to create a little illustrative magic
